“Betta fish are good luck.Fish keep bad eyes away and when they die, it means they took one for the team; like they protected you from something.” That was the text message a friend sent me when I told her I got a betta fish for Christmas. Years before, she also told me that getting a guinea pig would bring good luck. She was right. I love my little critters and give them the best life possible. It’s good karma to make sure the good luck goes both ways.

Aww 😭😭😭 My Aunt told me about this beautiful blog and the first article is about Beta Fish. Mine was my best bud. We played together every day and he died unexpectedly in the cold weather we just had and I’ve been heartbroken. 💔 This article says they’re good luck and when they die, they are taking one for the team and protecting us from something.
