I came across a black feather on my walk, a few steps later found another and then a third. I picked them up and brought them home. For Christians, three feathers are symbols for faith, charity and hope. Native Americans believe feathers are sacred. There’s a saying, “angels are near when feathers appear.” My black feathers are a sign that angels are protecting me, keeping away negative energy, giving me courage and clearing my path forward. Those three black feathers couldn’t have come at a better time.
