I was on my computer around 1 a.m. on the West Coast trying to watch clips on YouTube but every video kept shaking in a way that I’d never seen before. Then the whole screen went wonky. Each icon and open page started replicating creating a Droste effect across the screen. I thought for sure it was a virus. I prepared myself to see the little Apple bomb. It took a lot of effort to close the apps because everything was shaking like an earthquake on my screen. Finally, I was able to close out the apps and restart my computer. It was fine. The next morning my mom called to let me know my father had passed away between 3 a.m. and 7 a.m. Eastern Time. I wondered if the wonky computer was my father’s energy passing through and saying goodbye. Then I heard that my nephew was playing video games on the East Coast and his computer went wonky at 4 a.m. for no explainable reason. My brother suggested it was caused by solar flares, but I think it was a sign from my dad saying goodbye.
